Guests, on their arrival to the property, will be met by our keyholder(Richard). He will escort you to the apartment on the first floor(lift available).You will be shown around the apartment and answer any questions or queries should you have any.He will provide you with a key that will open both the entrance door to the building and the door to the apartment.He will be pleased to offer any advice or help to make your stay to be enjoyable and run smoothly.

About the neighbourhood
The local area is served well by supermarkets Spar, Billa and Hofer(Aldi)..all within walking distance. There is a lovely wine bar directly opposite the Volksoper..Schwirtz Weinbar. The Highlander cafe/bar/restaurant with lovely outside area and own beers is just a 5 minute walk away at Sobieskiplatz . The lovely Schopenhauer cafe/bar/restaurant is a must visit.Decor has hardly changed in years which adds to its atmosphere...food, good beer and LIVE MUSIC...less than ten minutes walk away..Standgasse-Wahring. Cafe Restaurant Weimar..opened in 1900..a typical traditional old Vienna establishment, gorgeous interior and its just round the corner, 5 minutes walk to Wahringerstrasse. Just a little up from the Weimar is a good pizza restaurant.
Getting around
U6(subway train) is just a few minutes walk away with links to the other lines(U1,U2,U3 and U4. From their stop stations you can pick up other local transport..buses and trams. Vienna has an enviable transport system..very affordable There are various ticket types that you can purchase.Best to check these out online.These tickets are valid on all means of public transport(train, metro, tramway and buses) in Vienna and surrounding area with the exception of the CITY AIRPORT train.If you are planning to use the transport system a lot(recommended) then I suggest you buy a weekly ticket(runs from a Monday to a Sunday( at just over 17 euros)...good value especially as a single trip is 2.40 euros. The nearest ticket machine can be found at U6.
