Die Wohnung befindet sich nicht im Zentrum, ist aber sehr günstig nahe dem Belvedere gelegen.Kommt man wie wir mit der Bahn am Hauptbahnhof an, erreicht man das Ziel in etwa 4 Minuten per S-Bahn. Zum nahegelegenen S-Bahnhof/ Strassenbahnhalt Rennweg sind es etwa 400m, von dort kann man in alle Richtungen ohne größere Wartezeit fahren und bis weit in die Nacht auch zurückfahren. Bis zum Zentrum ist man nur wenige Minuten unterwegs.
Beim Betreten des Treppenhauses überfallt einen der "Charme" der 50er-Jahre. Keine Angst: Betritt man die Wohnung (grosses Wohnzimmer,Schlafzimmer, Küchenzeile im Flur, Bad) wird es ganz anders. Die Wohnung ist vollständig renoviert, äußerst geschmackvoll modern eingerichtet und bestens mit allem, was man braucht oder zumindest gerne hat, ausgestattet. 2 grosse Samsung Flat-TV, Bose-Radio, Blueray-Player,hervorragendes WLan, Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank, Microwelle, geräumige Dusche, komplettes (das hat man in Ferienwohnungen ja leider nicht immer!) Küchenzubehör.Das Doppelbett ist sehr gut (jedenfalls wenn man nicht sehr harte Matratzen bevorzugt) und die Wohnung top-sauber.
Eventuell einziger Nachteil (uns hat es nicht gestört): vor dem Schlafzimmer fährt (außer etwa von 00: bis 04: h) die S-Bahn,die man auch im 4. Stock noch hört. Im Winter bei geschlossenen Fenster kein Problem; im Sommer ??
Fazit: Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden - nachdem wir bei all unseren früheren Wien-Aufenthalten immer in Hotels waren - gerne wieder im Green Mango City Condo wohnen.

Perfekt!
Perfekt sauber und gut ausgestattet haben wir und in dieser Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Babybett war auf Bestellung verfügbar. Die Küche hat mit Wasserkocher und Toaster sowie Nespresso Kaffeemaschine ein paar Extras bereit, die über die Standardausstattung hinausgehen.
Wir konnten hier einen wunderbare Urlaub verbringen und kommen gerne wieder.

PESIMO TRATO AL CLIENTE
Realizamos una reserva del 2 al 5 de diciembre, unos días antes confinaron Viena, contactamos con el propietario y nos dijo básicamente que lo sentía pero que no nos devolvía nada, luego contacte con booking para ver si podían mediar. Booking hablo con el propietario y nos dijo que nos dejaba cambiar de fechas de forma gratuita pero resulta que cuando le hemos concretado las nuevas fechas nos piden casi 300€ por el cambio.
No reservéis con alojamientos que no tienen en cuenta los derechos de los clientes, nos prohibían la entrada al país a todos los turistas y este tipo de alojamientos se aprovechan de la situación. Se ha quedado con casi 400€ nuestros y ni siquiera booking puede hacer nada.

Dear guests,
you booked a highly discounted rate which was clearly marked as non refundable and non flexible. With the lower price you accepted the fact that the risk for travel cancellations remains with you. I am very clear and also very strict with this policy. However, I think it is a fair policy bringing benefits to all partners. If you need flexibility in your travel arrangements I recommend to book a flexible rate.
Nonetheless I am very sorry that you could not travel to Vienna this time.
