Offering over 5000 square feet (500 sq.m) of beautiful interiors including 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, a large living room, a media room, an office and a fully equipped kitchen which opens to the terrace and pool. An extensive terrace with plenty of comfortable seating and al fresco dining, surrounds the large 50ft x 30ft.(15m x 10m) infinity pool. The gardens that surround the terrace and villa are lush and well maintained. The views are simply gorgeous both day and night! During the day one can enjoy the occasional boat sailing by and the Caribbean Sea in the distance, but as the sun begins to set and the lights of Point Pirouette and Marigot begin to twinkle, it makes for great ambiance at Happy Hour! All four bedrooms feature large en-suite baths with showers and two are part of a "Master Suite" which includes a private outdoor terrace and large outdoor Jacuzzi tub on a deck overlooking the lagoon. The remaining 2 bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the house, facing the infinity pool and overlooking the lagoon with views of Saba in the distance. Each of these two independent bedrooms has its own full bath and can be accessed by guests from either the poolside or the gated driveway carport arrival area. An additional 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit is located on a lower level below the pool. All 4 bedrooms have a king bed. The property also features a boat dock for access to the Simpson Bay lagoon. About the neighbourhood

Terres Basses, the French Lowlands of St Martin, is a prestigious guard gated residential community located on the far eastern Leeward side of the island just north of the Dutch border. It is the most exclusive neighborhood on island as these villas all sit on huge 2.5 to 7 acre lots making them very lush, private and quiet. And yet they are conveniently located within 10 minutes to Marigot with its high-end boutique shopping and fine restaurants, or, 10 minutes in the other direction to the Dutch side Casinos and night life in Maho, passing Cupecoy along the way. The Lowlands are surrounded by three of the most pristine beaches on the island, Baie Longue, Plum Baie, and Baie Rouge, from which every villa is only a 2 to 5-minute drive.

Getting around

Most St Martin travelers rent a car during their stay. Our preferred rental car agency is Dollar/ Thrifty. You can arrange to pick up your car at the airport or even have it delivered to your villa for free if you reservation includes a transfer. Renting a car gives you the convenience of moving about the island on your schedule. Taxies are readily available at the airport and for short trips.
