A beautifully modern large bungalow completely refurbished for 2010 consisting of 5 bedrooms with four double bedrooms two of which have en-suites and a generous sized fifth bedroom with two single beds and a large family size main bathroom. There is a large kitchen and dining area with a separate utility room.

The house sits in a large plot directly overlooking Newgale beach and has good sized gardens to the front and rear, the front garden has a seating and decking area accessed via the master bedroom and front room. The back garden has a large raised decking and barbecue area offering spectacular views of the beach, camp-site and St brides bay.

A 25% (of holiday cost )non refundable deposit per week payable on booking, cheques in GBP only please, balance plus £100 damage deposit to be paid by cheque 8 weeks prior to commencement of holiday, for late bookings i.e. less than 8 weeks please pay full amount on booking. Damage deposit will be returned to you as quickly as possible after the bungalow has been checked on the day of your departure.

About the neighbourhood
Enormous! is the only way to describe this beach, its almost 2 miles of sand backed by a huge pebble bank formed after a BIG storm in 1859. Kite-surfing and surfing are popular on this beach and tuition is available.

Walk right down to the southern end to find a walk-through cave and numerous sheltered bays. Cross the river, at the back of the pebble bank opposite the cafe at the north end to gain access to several low tide bays. At very low tide it’s possible to walk round to Cwn Mawr beach but keep an eye on the tide.

Awards: Blue Flag and Seaside Award.

Parking: No need to leave the house!!

Beach facilities: Toilets, lifeguards are on duty between the beginning of June to the end of September.

On shore facilities: There is a surf shop, café and pub at the northern end of the bea...

Getting around
A car is recommended , but while you are staying there is a great Puffin bus which runs during the school holidays which drops off and collect you by Sands Cafe just 50 yards from the house. Also the local bus service runs slightly later which also drops off and collects you from the Cafe car park opposite , these run to Solve, St Davids, Fishguard and round to Haverfordwest Town and back. So you can walk the costal path to solva which is 30 yards up the hill from the house and get the bus back which is a great way to spend a sunny Pembs day ( it normally takes about 2 1/2 hours to walk it )
