A modern 2nd floor apartment situated on the outskirts of Eastbourne town, being within approx 5 minute walk to Eastbourne train station, shops and amenities. Within walking distance are Eastbourne's popular theaters providing family entertainment and for hot days the beach and our popular pier. A drive or bus journey away are the beautiful downs with country pubs and fantastic walks.The apartment benefits from two beautifully airy double bedrooms.

The living come dining area boasts of an open plan kitchen with a fridge freezer, touch sensor hob and electric oven. In the cupboards cutlery, plates etc are provided so you can pack light. The living area has a 40 inch flat screen television, retro style white dining table and double pull out sofa with a chaise lounge style day bed at the end.

We where two adults and two children and the flat was perfect. Very confortable and very clean. The location was great, the beach and the center is just withing a few minute walk. Really nice town to visit. We will visit again!

I stayed in the apartment for 2 weeks together with my husband and two daughters. It was fully equipped, very bright and excellent cleanliness. Environment and perfect location, located very close to the beach and shops. We will repeat insurance. Perfect apartment

Carry on up Upperton Road and turn right into Hartfield Road. Upperton Gardens is the 2nd turning on your left, follow the road up and towards the top of the street Number 43 can be found.
