Canary Quay is located on the inner Harbour, in a quiet residential area. There are various walk ways along the quay side to the many waterfront restaurants, and located close to the beach. The property benefits from underground parking, and a balcony making the most of the beautiful inner harbour views. The accommodation is ideal for a family of 4 with one double bedroom and one twin bedroom.. There is Wi/Fi connected and the twin bedroom is spacious with the double having an en-suite shower room. Views from the dining area are of the harbour, and the dining area is conveniently located next to the fully fitted and equipped kitchen. The living room is also spacious sweeping round with comfortable seating, T.V. and DVD player. There is a guest book for convenience.

Interaction with guests
The keys are picked up from either our office or night safe, we have a 24 hour emergency line for out of hours emergencies, and our office is located in the center of Eastbourne. There are many amenities in Eastbourne and the harbour has its own retail park, cinema and restaurants, a walk from the apartment along the quay side.

Very attractive property in excellent condition. Comfortable and well equipped. Had a little difficulty finding it- no instructions from the letting agent as to how to get there from where you pick up the key. Letting agent closed on Saturdays!!

Canary Quay is located on the South Harbour. The apartment is furnished in a modern style, and guest can dine whilst watching the boats coming and going and the clinking of the sails. The master bedroom has a good size shower room and there is a further family bathroom also with shower fitment over the bath. Arriving at the apartment the car can be parked in the underground parking bay and a lift then goes straight up to the apartment, alternatively walk through the main entrance of the block and up the flight of stairs.
