The cosy twin bedroom is very pretty!
The spacious living area - step straight onto the balcony!
The light and sunny dining area - dine in style!
The kitchen is beautifully equipped!
The ensuite shower is fully tiled.

The balcony is comfortably furnished
So why not enjoy a glass or two with our compliments?
And now for that sundowner!
'The Waterfront' is a great place to eat and drink!
There are lovely level walks all around the harbour
Our resident swans raise a new family here every year!
Visitors from many countries come in via the sea-lock

Lovely apartment and home from home. Great location near to the harbour and lovely walk along seafront into town. Great balcony to relax on in the sun and enjoy a nice glass of presecco. Everything you need here .

Very definitely the best apartment the four of us have stayed in. Most comfortably furnished and fully provisioned kitchen. A glass of wine on the balcony with splendid views - is not to be missed. It is our hope to make a return visit in due course

A superb property! It had everything we needed along with a lovely view of the harbour. We really appreciated the welcome pack after a long journey. Shopping is available within walking distance and beach is 2 mins away. The area around the apartment is quiet and peaceful. Pablo's restaurant situated close by is worth a visit! Eastbourne is a lovely...

Access by road from London / home counties via M25. Exit junction 7 signposted M23 (S for Gatwick Airport & Brighton for 16 miles when it becomes that A23. Approx. 15 miles further, take left hand lane A27 (signposted Worthing Lewes & Newhaven) Continue on A27 eastbound following signs to Eastbourne.
Alternatively get a train from London Victoria via Gatwick Airport (journey approx 1.30hrs)
