The house is decorated in a bright holiday style with new furniture. It is just a few minutes walk from the harbour where you can wander past the boats after which a drink or dinner can be enjoyed overlooking the main harbour at The Waterfront.

The property is in a quiet Close very near to bus routes and shops. There is a designated parking space. It has two bedrooms one with a double bed, a bunk room (bunk mattresses 5'9' long) and a shower room.

The Waterfront with its restaurants and bars is also just minutes walk away as is the Crumbles shopping centre (Asda, Boots, Next, Matalan, TK Maxx and others).

We have had great reviews, which is very pleasing - view our guest book on arrival!

Eastbourne Airbourne in August is for those who love a great air display and Eastbourne tennis is famous as a warm up for Wimbledon....

Excellent location: short walk to marina with facilities but also good base for exploring the rest of Sussex. Property exactly as described in details and spotlessly clean. Very straightforward booking with helpful owner and quick refund of deposit.

Lovely place, quiet, spotlessly clean, well provisioned and secure. Dedicated parking spot easy to get in and out of. Easy walking distance to supermarket, shops and restaurants. Buses into Eastbourne city centre just a few minutes at end of close. Net speed excellent. A brilliant start to my holiday.

Stayed here for 2 weeks during March. Fabulous house with all amenities and close to beach and amenities. Owners very kind and house spotless. Would thoroughly recommend!

This delightful property is in the lovely marina development at Sovereign Harbour, yet only three miles from central Eastbourne. It is in an ideal position for fascinating wanders around the marina watching the boats as they go in and out of the lock gates, or enjoying a meal or glass of wine at The Waterfront. There is a boat trip which will take you around the harbour enabling you to visit the marina by water as well as land and there are fishing trips and sea trips also available. The development has an Asda supermarket, a multiplex cinema, hairdresser, TK Maxx, Boots, Next, sports shop and other local shops where one can browse and buy luxury items such as jewellery, pictures, watches and much more. Eastbourne station is just three miles from the property and a bus runs from there right past the end of our quiet Close meaning that a car is not essential. Or a take a taxi from the station - treat yourself. If you come by car, parking is not a problem as there is a designated parking space right next to the house and also a visitor's parking spot if you have any guests.

Gatwick airport is under and hour's drive away and Dover under two hours.
