Holiday Rental House
This is an ideal 4 bedroom home for a family but is just a suitable for a group sharing a holiday together. The house is set over three floors and looks over a garden square. It has three double bedrooms with 2 x 4ft 6in beds and one 4ft small double bed and a single bedroom with a 3ft bed. One double has a shower cubicle in it and the small double has a washbasin. The main bathroom has large walking show cubicle and a corner bath with shower over. There is an extra toilet on the ground floor. There is a large through lounge /diner with two comfy leather sofas and a dining table. There is a flat screen TV with a freesat box and wifi. The kitchen is spacious with two fridges. Outside is a small patio area with a bistro table and two chairs. There are many restaurants and shops in the locality with a local Sainsbury's is just around the corner. However the main town centre withe the larger department stores is only a short walk away as is the beach and the pier. There are some great places to dine including, The Beach Deck which is right on the seafront, Bills, and a new Japanese recently opened, Sopporo. Our favourite Coffee shop is Urban Ground which also serves great snacks and we of course have the larger chain Coffee Shops such as Costa & Cafe Nero. Enjoy lovely walks across the Downs (which has now been awarded National Park status) or under the cliffs when the tide is out. Visit Alfriston, a lovely quaint village or take a 30 minute ride to the historic town of Hastings or the Bustling shops and Lanes in Brighton. Toilet paper, hand soap, washing up liquid and cleaning materials are provided but you will need to replenish if they run out. Wifi, Freesat TV and all bills are included. Great position for the shops and restaurants, we had no trouble parking at all. Lots of space in the house, good beds and lovely bed linen. Bathroom well equipped with a lovely corner bath and great shower. Outside space a bonus and a real sun...More

About the neighbourhood
This house is situated over looking a gated garden square . There is a Sainsbury’s local 2 minute walk around the block for supplies and freshly baked croissants. The town centre is only a 15 minute walk with shops, bars restaurants and cafes. Closer by in Seaside Road there are various restaurants of international cusine. The beach and pier are also a short walk away .
Getting around
A car is only needed if you wish to travel further out to the sourpunding villages . There is on street parking in the square .
