This two bedroom / 3 storey townhouse is located in a quiet residential close in East Ipswich just a 15-20 minute walk to Ipswich Hospital and on the route 66 bus to BT Adastral Park - it’s also within a mile of the main town centre, shopping and business districts, the college and university campus as well as the popular Waterfront area. ** For stays of less than 7 nights; we only accept reservations if booked within 7 nights of the arrival date. You will be provided on arrival with a welcome pack of basics such as bread, butter, milk, cereal, eggs, beans and tea/coffee. We also provide essentials such as washing up liquid, kitchen rolls, cooking oil, salt and pepper. The living room has a large comfy sofa and chair and footstool, dining table and chairs for four people plus a Smart TV. Free to air terrestrial channels are provided and also the facility for you to view your own streaming content. There are French doors which open out into the garden area which is private and for guest’s use. It is laid mainly to gravel with a raised patio, seating area with table and chairs at the rear. The master bedroom is ensuite and is on the second floor and has a double bed, wardrobe plus ample storage space and Smart TV. The second bedroom can be configured as either a king-size bed or two twin beds and is next to the family bathroom which has a shower over bath. Welcome toiletries (shampoo/shower gel) are provided. There is an additional downstairs cloakroom toilet by the front door. This property comes with two allocated on-site parking spaces (one behind the other on the adjacent driveway). Ipswich is Suffolk’s County Town and due to recent and significant regeneration projects, the town is alive and bustling. It has a thriving business district, an excellent cultural and arts scene, a constantly growing food and drink offering, sports and outdoor activities galore, some spectacular coastal, rural and architectural scenery, many places of interest to visit, and not forgetting the impressive history and heritage of the area which dates back to the Anglo-Saxon times. You will not be bored visiting Suffolk! Ipswich has a great transport service network of buses, trains and taxis as well as good access to A12 / A14 arterial roads and is just one hour from both London Stansted and London Southend airports by car, and the train from London Liverpool Street.More

We offer free meet and greet check-ins between 3pm and 8pm at a mutually agreed time. Between 8pm and 10pm check-ins are charged at £15 per hourly period and are subject to availability. We are unable to offer check-ins after 10pm. After you've checked in, we offer a Virtual Concierge Messaging service via WhatsApp. We also have a 24/7 emergency line should an urgent matter arise. Check out is before 11am. Subject to availability and by prior agreement, we can delay the check out time, at £20 per hour, to cover our additional operating costs.
