Our newest apartment, this classy ground floor property is beautifully and thoughtfully designed with bags of space and character.

The apartment is set just 200 yards from Darlington Train Station and only 100m from the theatre and town centre which gives access to numerous bars, restaurants and a new cinema complex.

I have tried to anticipate travellers needs and ensured the apartment offers a wealth of features to make sure your stay is as enjoyable and stress free as possible

The oak and glass contemporary doors lead into the open plan living, dining kitchen - all newly installed and designed. Our beautiful communal entrance areas and indeed all our individual apartments benefit from digital lock entry systems. We operate our sales and lettings business from the ground floor of our apartment complex and during office hours - Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm, we are on hand to welcome guests if they would like a personal meet and greet experience outside of these times we will send guests all the information they need to operate the locks and gain entry to their apartment! We are locally based and we are therefore on hand for any questions, queries or issues that may arise during your stay so please feel free at any time in advance of or during your stay, to contact us about anything!

About the neighbourhood
Darlington has great architecture and plenty of green spaces, great bars and restaurants. The town is a great base for visiting across the North East and offers a a newly restored theatre - the Hippodrome with plays from the West End at greatly reduced prices, a great leisure complex at Feethams with a Vue cinema offering shows from just £4.99, spas at Rockliffe and Bannatynes for a chilled pamper session; and our favourite treat - a Cluedini escape room!
For those with outdoor pursuits in mind, you can play bowls at South Park, walk the Teesside Way and even fly birds of prey locally
Richmond, Nortallerton, Yarm, York and Edinburgh are all within easy reach as are the Lakes and the coastal resorts of Saltburn, Redcar and Whitby.
Getting around
There is plenty of public transport - buses run to all the local areas and further to Hurworth, Richmond, Yarm and Nortallerton.
The mainline train station has regular services to York, London, Edinburgh, Northallerton, Newcastle and beyond.
There are good value local taxi firms that can take you to anywhere more specific.

FROM DARLINGTON MAINLINE TRAIN STATION:
From all platforms, exit the ticket barriers and walk straight, do NOT use the underpass, but continue straight out of the station, past the taxi rank and down the short hill to the bottom of the road. Turn right and walk a few metres up the slight hill towards the church, at the crossing, cross over the road and continue straight where we are just a few metres up the road on the right to the side of the Bellwood & Harris offices.
