Holiday Rental House -
4 Bedrooms , 1 Bathroom , Sleeps 8
Scarborough, Scarborough District, North Yorkshire, England
Our lovely old town cottage is a bright and welcoming space mixing seaside shabby chiq and pop art decor. Superbly located, tucked away from the hustle and bustle, yet only a stone's throw to the award winning sandy beaches, harbour and promenade this Scarborough cottage is ideal for family groups and friends wanting to enjoy a traditional seaside holiday or looking to explore this beautiful stretch of coastline. Our cottage featured in the TV series 'The Syndicate'.

Our cottage can sleep 8 people. The four bedrooms are tastefully styled. The two double bedrooms each have stunning views across the rooftops, over to the harbour, south bay and Yorkshire coast to Flamborough. We also have a twin room and a bunk room for the children (or big kids out there!).

The kitchen is modern and well-equipped with an electric fan ov...

About the neighbourhood
All the amenities of this vibrant seaside town are on the doorstep of Harbour View cottage, with an array of restaurants, cafes, pubs and shops close to hand. Castle Terrace is just behind the harbour, so you can watch boats come in and out from the comfort of your chair. Its a short walk down to South Bay, the first seaside resort, which still retains a classic feel with arcades, ice-cream parlours (check out the Harbour Bar for awesome sundaes), donkey rides, fish and chips and cockles. Walk over the top or round the headland to North Bay for sweeping sands, beach huts and surfing. Peasholm Park and boating lake are close by, or enjoy a trip on the miniature railway, which takes you to the SEA LIFE Sanctuary.

For history and literature lovers a short stroll will bring you to the maj...
