Little Knapp is the beautifully renovated wing of a 14th Century National Trust Grade 2 listed house. Newly refurbished and decorated, the house offers cosy yet spacious accommodation. There are views of the stunning Exmoor countryside from every window, and your very own garden area to enjoy. The accommodation consists of a modern, light and airy kitchen, large luxurious living area with wood burner and piano, utility with washing machine, freezer and outdoor area for logs, Upstairs there are two en-suite bedrooms, 1 x double and 1 x twin. Hundreds of years old cottage with half meter think walls. We're Dutch, we think this is a typical English way of furnishing. It as al the modern facilities one could wish on a holiday. Myself and my partner stayed here for a weekend with our two kids. The house was just simply stunning and the hosts were so accommodating and welcoming. Little Knapp is set in the middle of the vally stretching between Minehead and Porlock on the very edge of Exmoor, far enough away from both Porlock and Minehead to feel the space but close enough to enjoy the conveinence. Porlock lies 3.5 Miles to the west and is a very popular village with tourists, it's 13th century Inn is amoungst the oldest in the country and Porlock Weir is home to an ancient harbour with imeasurable charm. www.porlock.co.uk<BR><BR>On your way to Porlock, Selworthy is a National Trust village just off the main road and well worth a visit. Once your've passed through Minehead on the A39 you'll soon be traveling along a 3 lane straight, if your using a sat nav turn it off now as it will send you in the wrong direction. At the end of the 3 lane straight the road drops down a hill, about half way down the hill take the turning on the left sign posted Wooten Courtney, Tivington, there's an old wooden bus stop just in front of the turning. The first thing you'll pass will be Tivington Farm on the right, Little Knapp is the next house on the right.
