Fantastic apartment. Lovely location and views across the water. Excellently furnished, very comfortable apartment. Lovely little touches from the owner, like ornaments, raised the standard. Decor & furnishings were well thought out and things required for every day use were provided. Excellent for a wheelchair user. 5 mins from everything. Really enjoyed our stay and would book again with no hesitation. Highly recommended

We have just spent a week here and we have had a lovely time!the place is immaculate and there is everything supplied that you might need.it has a balcony with table and chairs to sit out and enjoy the sunshine which we were very lucky to have!the view from the balcony is superb ,with the river Clyde in front of us and all the boats passing up and down, what more can you want!

Right, if you want an absolutely stunning place to stay on the Cowal peninsular, then Sands Court in Dunoon is your best bet, obviously you pay for what you get and with Sands Court you get everything you need and i mean everything. You dont need to take anything with you. The owners Ian and Ann have thought of eveything. The views over the Clyde are just stunning and the sunrise in the morning is just breath taking. I lived there for 2 months upon relocating to the area, so if you need to know anything whatsoever, just ask me.

About the neighbourhood
The ferry trip across the Firth of Clyde is a fine introduction to the Cowal Peninsula. To the north the mountains surrounding the sea lochs of Long and Goil provide a stunning backdrop as the ferry arrives at the busy town of Dunoon, Cowal's principal community, which has an excellent choice of accommodation, shopping and eating out. Built around two sheltered bays, and with wonderful views over the water, Dunoon is also the seaboard gateway to the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park.
