No 1 St Elmo Court is a spacious apartment in a secluded and private setting within the sub- tropical gardens just above North Sands Beach. Recently refurbished to a high spec, this large apartment is just the place to relax and enjoy all that the South Hams has to offer. The fully fitted, modern kitchen opens up on to a large secluded courtyard to the rear of the property whilst the light living/dining room has patio doors onto a large private balcony at the front. The accommodation comfortably houses up to 6 with two/three good size bedrooms There is an ensuite bathroom and a separate shower room. A heated swimming pool is available for guests between May and September. Amazing place very clean and tidy, brilliant for our very young children. The pool was beautiful. The location is fab. I cannot recommend it highly enough. We had such an amazing holiday and would absolutely stay here again.

Great time had over Easter. Apartment was clean and roomy. Like a home for home all the things you need. Short 5 minute walks to the beach and local cafe and a 15 mon walk to local shops in salcombe. We will book again and...More
