stayed for 7 night's here.The barn has everything you could need set amongst the country side. Ideal base for those who enjoy walking. Some great restaurantsand bars/pubs in the area. Lots of coves with sandy beaches nearby most with ample parking. Complimentary bottle of wine on arrival always welcomed.

We had a fantastic week in this beautifully renovated barn. We loved the upside-down layout with a large, bright, open-plan living, kitchen and dining room looking out onto fields and woodland. Beautiful, high quality barn conversion close to beaches and coastal path. Easy booking with excellent communication from very helpful owner and immediate refund of damage deposit. Highly recommended!

The ICC operates a large school from the Egremont, an old Mersey ferry moored in the Bag. Regular Launches leave Whitestrand to the Ferry (with Bar). nearest Train stations: Ivybridge and Totnes (has bus connections to Malborough & Salcombe via Kingsbridge)
Although you can easily walk to Salcombe, there is a ferry which operates form the bottom of the valley at South Sands to the town center.
There is another small ferry which takes you to the other side of the estuary to East Portlemouth.
The nearest shop is in Malborough, about 1 mile away.
