Parking is available in the adjacent public parking area. The apartment sleeps four in two comfortable bedrooms, one double and one twin, thus making it ideal for families. A fully fitted and equipped kitchen, recently refurbished shower room and outside drying area provides all the amenities the discerning visitor will require for a memorable stay in Shetland. High quality bedlinen and towels are provided plus a welcome pack of locally produced milk and biscuits, plus tea and coffee, to get your holiday started.

Stouts Court Apartment - Lerwick
My daughter and I had thee most amazing trip to Shetland recently and stayed at Stouts Court Apartments. We were absolutely delighted - the location was superb, set in the beautiful “old town” (very familiar to any Perez fans out there !!) it was quiet yet only literally a two minute walk to the harbour . shops , cafes - just perfect !! We hired a car and there was plenty parking very close to the apartment . The apartment itself was very comfortable, well appointed and spotlessly clean . The beds had lovely crisp , fresh sheets and were soooo comfy. There was also a plentiful supply of freshly laundered towels too. The view out the window was amazing and I loved sitting in the chair by the window just contemplating - glass of wine in hand after a day exploring . I’m really missing it now that we are home . James and Mandy were perfect hosts. Communication was fantastic from the minute we booked, with detailed photos and instructions on how to find the apartment . I got the feeling that they really wanted us to enjoy our stay . We found Shetlanders to be very welcoming and friendly and James and Mandy epitomised this !! The pint of milk in the fridge and shortbread were a lovely touch ! We fell in love with Shetland on our visit and we will be back. I have no need to consider staying anywhere else other than Stouts Court- it was just perfect ❤️.

Great location, good value
This is a spacious apartment, well-equipped and extremely centrally located. very clean and comfortable.
