All of our flats are fully self contained units situated in the heart of the golden mile with on street permit parking (Permits available for £3 per day or £15 per week. Please enquire at time of booking) in Apsley Road. 2 minutes walking distance from the sea and 5 minutes from the town centre.

Flat 3, Apsley House is a first floor flat consisting of a bedroom containing bunk beds for two people and a bed-sitting room with double bed, colour tv, wardrobe, set of drawers and small table & chairs. A fully fitted kitchen with cooker, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, stainless steel sink unit and storage cupboards with basic crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils. A separate toilet and shower room.

Bed linen is provided, however you do need to bring your own towels and tea towels.

Electricity is charged through a £1 coin meter....

We will always try our best to meet you on your arrival and show you around your accommodation, however we do not live on the premises and therefore occasionally this is not possible, if this is the case, we will leave the keys out for you to gain access. We have a 24hr answer machine in case of any problems during your stay.

Usually stay in hotel, tried this and found location and amenities ideal for us. Tracey and her husband very accommodating will stay again.

I don't like to write reviews that are negative but I would like to save holiday makers having a bad time. The people who run this holiday 'flat' rental are very nice people who will let you just get on with your holiday and not disturb you. There is also a nice flat screen TV. That's where the positives end,...

This flat was in the perfect location to a lot of Great Yarmouth's attractions, being only a few minutes to the main town. As well as to the seaside. It was a very great stay and very convenient if you don't wish to travel by car. The flat is cosy and had everything needed for our stay.

We have a fantastic location; only 2 minutes from the seafront, sandy beach and local shops and 5 minutes from the market place. There are numerous restaurants and pubs within close walking distance of the flats.
Getting around
Most attractions are within walking distance however if you wish to go further afield the buses run along the seafront and from the town centre. There is a road train which runs a service up and down the seafront and also the horse and carriages are a pleasant way to travel.
