3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, Sleeps 5
Great Yarmouth, Norfolk, East Anglia, England
Quirky and well-furnished, the Thatched Cottage Norfolk is a delightful 17th century detached holiday cottage that offers the chance to experience a unique self catering holiday in a wonderfully characterful 400 year old historic house.

Located in a village setting, with shop and pub within walking distance, the cottage is ideally positioned for exploring the southern Broads and some of south Norfolk's finest beaches. From here you can walk along the riverbank to the 4th Century Roman Fort at Burgh Castle to take in one of the best views in East Anglia; the view over the Berney Arms Windmill and reed fen (RSPB bird reserve). Take a wander through to Redwings Horse Sanctuary and have a game of golf at nearby Caldecott Hall. Just a few minutes drive away is Fritton Lake Country Park, suitable for a great day out with the family and boa...

We loved our stay at the thatched cottage. It was clean, well equipped and really unusual. Loved it's wonkiness, so charming and beautiful! Not sure Belton is the nicest location but the cottage can't be faulted.

All the other rooms are also very well-appointed, and the bathroom is a treat. The cottage is in a convenient position to access both the Broads and...
