The property is in a quiet location near the centre of Grantown on Spey within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The house has double glazing, central heating and an open fire. It is very well equipped with all modern conveniences. The kitchen has oven, hob, hood, microwave, steamer, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. The utility room houses the washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a large flat screen TV in the lounge with basic SKY programmes, a DVD player and a selection of DVDs. An Iphone dock and CD player and free WI fi are also provided. There is a cloakroom with toilet downstairs and a bathroom with shower upstairs. We wanted a place for 4 of us plus a dog (well two in the end as my duaghter has aquired one!), convenient for the Cairngorm NP plus further north (we paid a trip to the Bottle nosed Dolphins in the Moray Firth- well worth it if you time it right). Anytime, this place ticked all the boxes, good cycling...
