This house is finished to a very high spec and offers a lot of rustic charm.

The house offers 2 large reception rooms, of which one sports the homely delights of a wood burning stove. Relax and enjoy the breath taking views from the breakfast room, adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen, Or why not show your skills on the pool table in the games room, and if this isn't your pleasure you have Wi-Fi internet available to you.

8 adults & 8 children spent a great weekend at Lavender House to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The house was beautiful & fulfilled all our expectations. Very welcoming, well equipped, scrupulously clean, perfect in every way.

Fantastic House. This was our fourth visit to Lavender House. We are a party of 6 adults and 5 children. Children range from three years to 12 years and the house is ideal for them. Plenty of room to play without disturbing the adults! Vera and Noel are the perfect hosts. We visited Tickety Moo for ice cream and let...

To celebrate my 70th birthday plus my wife's (later in November) we booked Lavender House because it could accommodate my family, 8 adults and 8 grandchildren. Weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. The house will be available from 3.00pm on day of arrival and should be vacated by 10am on day of departure.

About the neighbourhood
Ballinamallard is a small, bright village located north of Enniskillen. It is immediately obvious to the visitor that this is a particularly neat and well maintained village that has a very clean and fresh feel to it. This has been recognised by the award of several ‘best kept village’ titles, and the dedication of a fountain to mark the honour.

Like almost all of Fermanagh’s towns and villages, water is never too far away from you in Ballinamallard, with Erne tributaries flowing through and around the village. It is particularly noted for its trout fishing.

Irvinestown only 3 miles away is known for its equestrian connections, with the Necarne Castle Equestrian School located nearby.
