Waterloo House is a spacious grade 2 listed townhouse with accommodation over three floors. Perfect for larger groups and families, the house offers 6 bedrooms, 3 reception rooms and a games room. There is a large secluded walled garden to the rear with dining table and patio chairs. Ideally positioned in the town centre and also only a minutes drive from the A39 to explore North Devon and North Cornwall. Local beaches can be found at Westward Ho! for surfing and Instow for sailing or a more gentle paddle. Historic Torrington with its famous glass factory, and the pretty harbour villages of Clovelly and Appledore are close by. Cycle along the Tarka trail from Torrington to Barnstaple with cycle hire in Bideford. Bideford is ideally situated just off the A39, The Atlantic Highway. Stretching between North Cornwall and North Devon, this road is a scenic delight and makes travelling easy to the many places of interest. For the children, you could try 'The Big Sheep' in Bideford or 'The Milky Way' in Hartland both offering family fun in lovely settings. The historic town of Torrington with the Dartington Glass factory is worth visiting and from here you may like to cycle home along the Tarka trail following the river Torridge back to Bideford. There is a cycle hire shop beside the old railway station in Bideford if you forget to bring yours. The pretty fishing villages of Appledore, Clovelly and Bucks Mill are charming and worth exploring but do wear some good walking shoes! Instow is where the...
