This is a welcoming 3 bedroom apartment set over the 1st and 2nd floors of a beautiful Victorian terrace house, within a 2 minute walk of Bowness town centre.
The property was refurbished in 2016 and has a new modern kitchen on the first floor with a comfortable double bedroom and spacious lounge/dining room.
The second floor has a large master bedroom with en suite bathroom. Also on this floor is a twin bedroom and good sized house bathroom with shower.
The property has free view TV, PS2 with a selection of games DVD's and cd's provided. Each bedroom also boasts its own wall mounted TV.
The modern kitchen has an oven with ceramic hob , microwave, Tassimo pod coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine.
The property provides a sought after dedicated parking space in addition.

Bowness on Windemere is an excellent location to see the Lakes District. Wood'y's was well furnished, with all conveniences provided. The bus and ferry services were often and efficient---- the drivers and staff were helpful. We were able to visit Hilltop and Hawkshead, Grasmere, Beatrix...More

This is a beautiful area. The property is short walk to the lakeside where you can take a boat trip on Lake Windermere. Bowness centre has a good mix of shops, cafes and pubs.
Getting around
Bowness centre is with in easy walking distance. There is public transport throughout the Lake District and our property has a dedicated parking space if you decide to bring a car.
