Bright and spacious 4 room family holiday apartment, close to Preston Sands and all facilities, but in lovely quiet residential corner.

Lounge with large 4 seater double bed settee.

Kitchen/Diner with double oven cooker, fridge, microwave, electric kettle & toaster, pots, pans, crockery, cutlery for a family of 6.

Family bedroom with a double and 2 single beds (as bunks).

Travel cots and highchairs provided by prior request.

Car park and garden to the rear of the house, with an allocated parking space for each apartment.

WiFi internet access.

Pets welcome at £30 per week (by prior arrangement only).

Towel hire by prior arrangement (but not beach towels).8

Changeover days Friday and Monday - all bookings will commence on these days.

About the neighbourhood
Guy's Cliffe is situated right in the heart of The English Riviera close to Preston Sands, shops and all facilities, but in a lovely quiet residential corner. One road back from the sea front, so great for popping to and from the beach, but without the hustle and bustle of the main road. We have our own car park to the rear of the house, so many guests just park up and leave their car there for the duration!

From the M5
As the M5 ends this becomes A38/A380, continue to where the A380 and A38 separate take lefthand lane (A380) up Telegraph Hill. Continue on A380 for 9 miles to the Pen Inn flyover, take the righthand lane over flyover. In 3 miles at the T-junction at traffic lights take righthand turn onto Hamelin Way (signpost Paignton), after 1 mile straight across roundabout at Gallowsgate onto Hellevoetsluis Way, then after 1 mile at the next roundabout take the 1st exit left Preston Down Road, continue down for 2 miles, on reaching the traffic lights lights go straight across keeping to the lefthand lane, take 2nd right into Morin Road, at crossroads straight across into Upper Morin Road. Guy's Cliffe is 40 yds up on righthand side.
