Overview
Condo/Apartment -
3 Bedrooms , 2 Bathrooms , Sleeps 6
Ventnor, Isle of Wight, England
Based on the style of a beautiful Victorian villa, Kaia sits at the top of this newly created development. She has had a complete transformation from a quirky 3 bedroom bungalow to a stunning, contemporary brand new penthouse completed March 2015. With modern fittings, stylish kitchen, solid oak floors, internet and of course private parking she remains a hidden jewel in a privately owned road away from the busy esplanade yet less than 2 minutes walk to the beach via a 'secret 'twitten'.

Kaia (meaning home or retreat) is the perfect location. Walk to the safe and sandy beach, the numerous restaurants, pubs, amusements, shops etc. and along the scenic coastal path to discover hidden fisherman's coves or to purchase fresh fish from the local market. Head up from Kaia to access the main shopping thoroughfare with a super...

Excellent sea views and very well equipped. Alas we can't rely on the weather - rain and high winds kept us in for a couple of days but it brought out the surfers. The fantastic location of the apartment and it's views meant we were...More

All around Ventnor you will find beautiful walks and dramatic viewpoints both in the summer and the winter.
