There is plenty of room for parking outside the cottage, and along the securely gated driveway.

Interaction with guests
We know guests value their privacy. We will be as visible or invisible as you want us to be! We will not bother you, but do remember we can easily be contacted by phone, text, iMessage, email or WhatsApp. Do not hesitate to get in touch if you need anything. We really do mean that! Don't struggle with something if you think we can help.
John will visit on a Monday afternoon to put out the rubbish bins, returning on Tuesday to bring them in.
Ed the gardener visits on a Wednesday afternoon, but do not feel you have to go out. He is very friendly and trustworthy.
We arrive at 9.45am on your day of departure to check everything has been okay for you. Do let us know if you'll be leaving before 10am as we do like to see guests if we can.

This is the 5th time we have stayed in 4 years ,and still love the cottage , lovely family garden situated in Niton under cliff Isle of Wight , the owners are fantastic ,very welcoming, and every year keeping the cottage up to date and adding to the accommodation , Perfect for family's , lots of toys and games to...

Well, once more we we met with treats, gifts for the children, home grown produce and ice creams in the freezer. You really only have to bring yourselves to this place. About the neighbourhood
The seaside town of Ventnor hails from the Victorian era. This family friendly coastal resort is only a 10 minute drive away, with a lovely seafront and award winning beach.Ventnor town has an array of shops and restaurants where you can enjoy freshly caught local crab and lobster. The antique and bric-a-brac stores are perfect for browsing. Ventnor even has its’ own brewery, using water from the local spring.The village of Niton is half a mile away. This has a post office, tea room, convenience store, hardware and book shop, pharmacy, surgery, hairdressers and the excellent White Lion pub. Closer to home, the 16th Century Buddle Inn is only a couple of minutes stroll from the cottage. Niton is on a regular bus route - perfect if you want to leave the car at home and do some walking. The Island also has extensive cycle routes if you are feeling active. Otherwise, we would recommend a car for exploring the Island.

There are several ferry routes to the Island. Red Funnel and Wightlink operate from Southampton, Portsmouth and Lymington. The drive to Camellia cottage is 35 minutes from any of the Island ports.
