The Apartment is new and has quality oak furniture,the apartment has the benefit of sea glimpses and culver cliff. The property is on the first floor. It has open plan living room with doors to a Juliet balcony. Dinning for four and a well equipped kitchen off the dinning area, with a breakfast bar and 2 stools. One double bedroom with built in wardrobe and shelves, also there is a en-suit with shower. One twin bedroom with built in wardrobe, and shelves inside.The bathroom has a shower over the bath and a heated towel rail. There is also a parking space in the car park at the side entrance, as well as a bike shed, There are leaflets,of where to go. Wi fi available. And also a large 42' tv as well as books and games.For a warm, relaxed, comfortable and clean atmosphere, look no further than seaways.

This is a very well presented apartment. The property was very clean which was nice to see and the welcome basket was a nice touch. We did have a problem which Franca dealt with straight away. The only fault there is is that there is a lack of cooking equipment if you want to cook. We liked the apartment very...

A lovely flat with everything we needed for a really enjoyable stay. Very quiet near the sea front and shops and very clean and comfortable. There was a very much appreciated welcome basket full of goodies . I have recommended the flat to a friend since returning home.

Had a great stay for a week in summer. The property is in excellent condition (very clean throughout), and well situated to enjoy Sandown, as well as the rest of the Isle of Wight.

About the neighbourhood
Sandown is the sister resort to Shanklin. It sits in the centre of Sandown bay with Shanklin to the south and Yaverland and Culver cliff to the north. It offers sandy beaches, which are gently sloping and are ideal for safe bathing. There will always be plenty of room on the beach as the miles of sand run right the way around The Bay.Sandown is one of the few towns, which has retained its pier. There are amusements, fairground rides and facilities for those holiday makers who are anglers. The family can be entertained for many hours, or just sit and look at the views of The Bay and both Bembridge and St. Boniface Downs.Sandown is a family resort. Getting around
There is Sandown train station, just a 6 min walk from the apartment, also there is a bus stop close by, in Station avenue. Turn right, as you come out of the main entrance of the apartment, then walk 2 minutes to station avenue, turn left this leads you up to the bus stop. Route 2 will bring you to brading, Ryde.

Ferry: Ryde: 6.0 km
From Portsmouth you can get the fast cat to Ryde then a train from Ryde that will take you to sandown station, from there it is 6 min walk to the Apartment. Also there is the Hover travel from Southsea to Ryde. Ferry Routes by car, are Southampton to Cowes, by Red funnel, or Portsmouth to Fishbourn, and Limington to Yarmouth by whightlink.
