Ilfracombe is a bustling yet elegant place at any time of the year,in summer it bustles with families making for the beach and in winter it has an undiscovered quaint,charm which will make you want to come back for more. Within walking distance of the towns Tunnels Beach and the variety of restaurants,bars,galleries and shops to sample and wander around. For walkers,you can enjoy the South West Coast Path or explore further afield and visit Clovelly,or a short drive away is the Valley of Rocks,Lynton and Lynmouth,Watersmeet and Exmoor National Park. For sandy beaches with excellent surfing facilities visit Woolacombe,Croyde and Saunton Sands,all just a short drive away and worth a visit. On entering the property,you are greeted by an entrance hall with original mosaic tiled floor with room to hang coats and a place to put shoes. The welcoming lounge is to your left and has large leather sofas which beckon you to sit down and relax in front of the wood burner,available early 2019. A large Smart TV and CD player is also here for you to enjoy,as well as a large range of interesting books and board games. Exploring further is a dining room with large farmhouse table ideal for celebratory or every day meals. This room also has French doors opening out onto the courtyard. The kitchen completes the ground floor and has everything you need to cater for a large group including a large range style electric oven and gas hob,microwave,dishwasher and fridge/freezer. A separate WC sits just off the kitchen and a rear door leads out to the enclosed courtyard. Heading upstairs to the first floor is a large bathroom with roll top bath,separate shower and WC and a further separate WC. Found just outside of the bathroom is the utility cupboard with washing machine and tumble dryer. Up a few steps you will find two bedrooms,one double and one king-size master bedroom with window seat and en-suite shower room and WC. Up again to the second floor there are a further three bedrooms,one double with an en-suite shower area which is separated by a half wall with shower and WC,one twin zip-and-link (which can be made up as a super-king-size on request) and one single bedroom. Stepping outside,the enclosed rear courtyard has garden furniture and a charcoal BBQ which can also be used as a fire pit. There is unrestricted roadside parking on the street outside,subject to availability. More
