Did not care that I broke my leg on their property
Whilst the apartment was superb, I actually broke my leg due to the loose gravel at the bottom of the stone steps to the property where a previous step has been removed and not made good. This has caused me no end of pain, time off work and inconvenience. Booking.com have raised a complaint but so far got nowhere. Sykes Cottages gave me a second hand apology from the owners saying they have tidied it up a bit. I don't want this to happen to anyone else & I am very disappointed with the response!
