Cobnuts Cottage is a delightful and quaint stable conversion full of character. It has an open-plan layout with french windows opening into your fully-enclosed private garden and decking area with stunning views over the Camel Valley Vineyards. The log burner and log store are at your disposable for a cosy and comfortable stay. There is a TV/DVD & iPod dock with DAB radio. There is also a BBQ & picnic bench for warmer evenings. We are located in Nanstallon village - a quaint Cornish village situated half way between Bodmin and Wadebridge on the Camel Trail, just 20 minutes from the coast. Our nearest pub is 1.5 miles away or a 30minute walk along the Camel Trail. We are located opposite the Camel Valley Vineyards which hosts a fantastic wine tour and tasting once a week. We are ideally located in Central Cornwall and the perfect base for exploring the whole of Cornwall with a host of nearby sandy beaches such as Polzeath, Constantine Bay, Newquay, Mawgan Porth, Rock, Harlyn, and Trevone. Or follow the Coastal Path and visit beautiful small villages like Tintagel, Port Isaac and Boscastle. Other nearby attractions include the Eden Project (9 miles), Bodmin and Wenford Steam Railway (2 miles) and the Jamaica Inn. Nearby Bodmin Moor also offers a walkers paradise with its rugged beauty. Bring your bicycles or hire them locally and roam along the adjacent famous Camel Trail (Wadebridge 4 miles and Padstow 9 miles) or explore the nearby adjoining forestry trails. Much of our land is designated as An Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and classified as a Site of Specific Scientific Interest (SSSI). We are home to otters, ducks, kingfishers and buzzards with some of the best sea trout and salmon fishing in Cornwall. Enjoy the beauty of our private nature trail in our private woodlands, and see the animals, birds and many unusual flowers in their natural environments. Please ask in advance if you need a travel cot (no linen) or high-chair. Cobnuts is one of 4 holiday cottages on the Butterwell Farm Estate. With 40 acres to explore it remains private, quiet and peaceful for our guests. We welcome with enthusiasm well-behaved dogs at Butterwell Farm. Please keep your dog on a lead unless enclosed in your private garden. Please make sure you clean up after your dogs and place their bags inside a bin liner in your designated outside bins. Dogs are not permitted in the river. Please do not leave your dogs inside the property unattended at any time. Please try to remove dog hairs from carpets and rugs before your departure. A pet charge of £20 per dog per stay will be applied to your booking. The river is reserved for fishermen only - please stick to the higher path away from the river. Dogs and guests are not permitted to play in the river or throw sticks or stones as this will cause disturbance to the fish. No smoking inside of the property.More

Ignore the Bodmin exit and take the NEXT exit signposted Wadebridge, St Austell and Eden Project A389/A391. At the first roundabout take the 4th exit, at the second roundabout take the 2nd exit signposted A389 Lanivet. Drive through Lanivet and out the other side. When you reach the national speed limit drive a little further up the hill and you will see Jims cash and carry on your left hand side with blue and yellow signage. There will be a signpost to Nanstallon. Take this left hand turn. Drive down into Nanstallon, past the school on your left and the church on your right. After the church the road bends round to the left and over a small br...
