An ideal spot to enjoy a glass of wine from the neighbouring vineyard Located between St Andre de Lidon and Cozes you are only 2 minutes to the boulangerie & bar at St Andre , 5 minutes into the covered market at Cozes with Gemozac not much further. You are close to excellent restaurants and the shallow waters of the estuary beaches or alternatively the sandy beaches of the Atlantic. St Andre de Lidon (2 min drive or a cycle) has a local boulangerie, bar and general store as well as tennis courts and the local attraction of Chateau D'Eau gardens. Cozes (5 min drive) has a 12c Church and 14c covered market which operates every week with special night time markets, arts and music festivals in the summer plus all the amenities you need (banks,boulangerie, hairdressers,post office, supermarket,garage etc). Gemozac also has a very large supermarket. How to get there
see website for directions cozes - you will probably want to drive through the Loire and if you have time take the route nationale instead of the A10 to see some of the country. If travelling outside peak season French roads are usually much quieter than those of the UK
