Close to the South West Coast Path,the village of Northam with its shops and pub makes this a great base to explore the North Devon coast. Walk or cycle along the Tarka Trail or take the public footpath along the riverbank into the little white town of Bideford to the south,or the village of Appledore to the north. Also,within close proximity of the apartment and just a short drive away are the seaside towns of Westward Ho! with its two miles of beach and the village of Instow with its yacht club,The Big Sheep family fun park and Northam Burrows Country Park. A regular bus service connects Northam to Bideford,Appledore,Instow and beyond. As you enter the building there is a staircase or lift to take you to the third floor. Both bedrooms are spacious,the king-size has an en-suite shower and WC,there is a balcony from this bedroom which enjoys the morning sun. To complete the bedrooms there is a twin. The final room of the property is a stylish bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC. The penthouse benefits from two balconies with seating and from the lounge area balcony you can enjoy superb sunsets.
