The well-equipped kitchen area features an electric oven and hob,fridge,dishwasher and microwave,whilst the freezer,washing machine and tumble dryer are kept in the separate adjacent utility room. The master bedroom is a spacious king-size room with floor to ceiling doors which open out onto the balcony. The second bedroom is a twin room (which can be made up as a super-king-size on request) which also has floor to ceiling doors which open out onto the balcony. The bathroom is located next door offering a bath and WC. To the front of the property,accessed from the lounge and the two bedrooms is a balcony with private Hot Tub,garden furniture and uninterrupted views of the sea,across the bay to Lundy.
