This 300 year old house has been extensively renovated with oak and chestnut floors and beams throughout. The accommodation is spread over 2 floors and is comfortably furnished, more as a permanent family home than a holiday home! Outside there is a large secluded garden with fruit trees , shrubs, table tennis and BBQ. Juillac is a large village with all the amenities thereof - a bakers, butchers, chemist, cafe, grocers, and a Carrefour supermarket. The house is 2 mins walk from the village swimming pool past the Cour de Miracles ( small 15th century château) opposite the house.
