Tucked away in the small village of Cury this charming, detached bungalow is ideally located for exploring the Lizard Peninsula, its picturesque coves and beautiful beaches. Only a mile eastwards from Poldhu Cove and the renowned clifftop golf course at Mullion and a short drive from the bustling village of Mullion with its shops, pubs and cafes.Stunning Kynance Cove, scenic Cadgwith, Kennack Sands, Lizard Point and the spectacular coastal footpath are all just a short drive away.

Meadowside is a well-positioned, two bedroom, detached bungalow with beautiful gardens to three sides. There is ample parking on the driveway for two cars. Wifi is provided.

The accommodation comprises of, two double bedrooms, a newly appointed family bathroom with shower over bath, sitting room, newly appointed kitchen and conservatory with dining area.

Meadowside is immaculately presented and has everything you need for comfortable holiday living. The decor is light and calm and the furniture of a very high standard for a rental. We relaxed with our two dogs and appreciated the large, secure garden and peaceful location....More

Located in a small village and on a small cul de sac. Bungalow sits on a large plot and garden ideal for our big golden Labrador. Bungalow has all that a couple/ family would require. Some areas in the grounds need work but didn’t spoil...More

Wonderful stay. Beds really comfortable. Lovely garden to sit in when the weather is good. Has a kitchen that you can actually cook in. Nicely decorated. Thanks for a great stay.

Cury is a friendly, rural village approximately 1.5 miles from Poldhu Cove, a stunning sandy cove (lifeguards present in season) with parking, wc and cafe facilities. There is a weekly Farmer's Market in Cury Village Hall (Thursday mornings).

There are many spectacular beaches nearby, including Kynance Cove, Kennack Sands, Church Cove, Cadgwith Cove and Loe Bar.

Within 4 miles are the heathlands of Goonhilly Downs, the beautiful Helford River (dinghy hire) and Helston (small market town with indoor swimming pool, boating lake, popular Flambards 'theme park' and 'Furry Dance' festival in May). Lizard Point (lighthouse) and famous Kynance Cove, 6 miles. Riding stables nearby.

If you are travelling by road from anywhere outside of Devon and heading to the west of Cornwall, the most direct route is likely to include the M5 and then the A30. The cottage is 5 minutes drive from Helston.

Air travel to Newquay from Stansted, Gatwick, Leeds, Bradford, Bristol and Dublin (90 minutes drive).

Travel by train to Redruth, then onwards by bus or taxi (45 minutes drive).
