Set on the first floor of Warleggan House, it is centrally located in Hugh Town, St Mary's. It's conveniently located close to all amenities, cafes, restaurants, pubs and of course the beach and playground. Getting off island is no trouble either with the quay a short stroll away so you don't have to rush to catch the boats. PLEASE NOTE: OUR CHANGE OVER DAY IS THURSDAY. We cannot accept children under age 4.

Fabulous contemporary holiday apartment
The apartment is stunning - very high standard of accommodation & furnishings, and centrally located within easy reach of St Marys Quay & shops/cafes etc. We had a fantastic stay as a family of three, with ample space for us all. The property was spotlessly clean upon arrival and Shareen was so helpful with the booking process & communication. Highly recommended if you are looking for quality accommodation on the island.

Perfect Position
Fab apartment in a great position; 2 mins from town, 1 minute from the beach, harbour, ice-cream shop & bike hire. Luxurious inside with everything you need. Comfy beds and a great shower. Great communication from the owner.

Top quality accommodation
Just returned home from a delightful week’s holiday on Scilly Isles. Association Warleggan flat was excellent in every respect, well fitted out, very comfortable, spotlessly clean and a great location. I have no hesitation in recommending

A wonderful holiday!
This beautiful flat was walking distance from the centre of the town and all of the boats! Nearby there were all the local facilities we needed, such as the supermarket, bank, and some restaurants. Close by I noticed a doctor's clinic as well. The flat was very clean and had all the utilities available. There were two spacious bedrooms with fitted covers that were very comfortable. Along with that, we were very impressed with the quality of the showers and washroom itself. After spending our days out exploring, we were able to enjoy the common room and watch television. The quality of everything exceeded my expectations! My wife and I greatly enjoyed our trip while staying at this flat. Without any hesitations, I would recommend this stay to anyone looking for a nice holiday!

Excellent Accommodation in St.Marys
We stayed in this apartment for six nights. The apartment is very modern and beautifully furnished with all the amenities you need. The location is superb with easy access to the shops and restaurants and within walking distance to the boat ferry. The property is well maintained and looks like new.

Excellent property well equipped, comfortable and within easy walking distance of the St Mary's Harbour
Excellent property well equipped, comfortable and within easy walking distance of the St Mary's Harbour. Went as a party of three had an excellent time on the Isles of Scilly and it was lovely come come back in the evening and relax in a spacious comfortable apartment. The apartment was in close proximity to the shops, pubs, restaurants and harbour. The kitchen and bathroom were well equipped and the the whole apartment was warm and comfortable.

High end accommodation in the Isles of Scilly
The Association apartment is one of a handful in the Warleggan building. It is situated in the middle of Hugh Town and is served by many pubs, restaurants and shops within a five minute walk. The harbour/quay is about 7 minutes walk and that's where you can get boats to the other inhabited islands. So, from a location perspective, it is perfect. The apartment is very well appointed with high quality furnishing and appliances and was spotlessly clean when we arrived. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a luxurious property in Hugh Town.

A little piece of Scilly Heaven!
I am in total agreement with all of the 5 star reviews of the Association at Warleggan - beautiful, high-spec apartment; amazing location - central and close to everything but still quiet; comfy beds; scrupulously clean; fabulous kitchen and bathroom - great shower - the list could go on forever. We have stayed in some lovely places over the years and this is up there with the best. The Isles of Scilly are magical and we love being based on St Mary's with easy access to multiple beaches, coastal walks, cafes, restaurants and boat trips. Shareen makes the booking process so easy and made us feel very welcome and, like previous guests, we really appreciated our fresh flowers, high quality cream teas, tea, coffee and biscuits. We felt thoroughly spoilt. And our holiday highlights? Watching the sunset over Star Castle; a lazy day on Pelistry beach (seal-spotting!); coffee and one of Becky's freshly-baked doughnuts overlooking the harbour on Saturday morning before a boat trip to Tresco (bliss!); paddling in the crystal-clear waters of the bay between St Agnes and Gugh, lunch at the Coastguard cafe and then heading down to Troytown Farm for an ice-cream; and, finally, seeing two leaping dolphins, within feet of the Scillonian ferry, on our journey home. Thank you for the most wonderful memories - we will be back!

Fantastic!
Beautiful flat in the perfect location. Very comfortable and has everything you need (& a lot you didn’t realise you needed!) Excellent customer service from the owner. We wouldn’t hesitate to book this again.

Lovely comfortable apartment, close to shops and boat trips
We were very impressed with everything about this apartment. We knew our holiday had started the moment we saw the lovely fresh flowers and boxes of cream teas awaiting our arrival. The scones were delicious! The most important aspects for us are super comfy beds and a power shower, both of which scored 10/10. We loved the Isles of Scilly. We visited the five main islands and walked nearly 50 miles during the week. We particularly enjoyed the Abbey Gardens and it is worth renting bikes on Tresco to visit the north part of the island. We hope to return before too long!

About the neighbourhood
The apartment is set in the heart of St Mary's town. Within 30 seconds you are at the heart of town where there are pubs, restaurants, cafes and shops to explore. Porthcresa beach is a stone's throw away from the apartment where you can enjoy a walk along the promenade, go for a swim or do some rock-pooling. There's even a children's playground located at one of the beach. The apartment is very conveniently located so you can access the amenities in town and also get to the boats easily to go off-island. The quay is a short 10 min walk from the apartment.
Getting around
St Mary's is a small enough island that you can walk around it. From where the apartment is, you can easily walk to all the amenities and sites. To explore a bit further you can go for longer walks, or hire bikes or a golf cart. Taxi's are also available should you wish to take one.

Located on the main island of St Mary's, the Association is very closely connected to the heart of where you need to be for your holiday. The apartment is set within Warleggan house on Church Street,Hugh Town. It's a 1 min walk to Porthcressa beach and the town is on your doorstep. With all the amenities within easy reach, you can relax on your holiday knowing you only have to stroll a minute to a cafe or pub for a drink or bite to eat. Getting to the Isles of Scilly Aeroplane from Exeter, Newquay or Land's End with Isles of Scilly SkybusScillonian III from Penzance Isles of Scilly Steamship Company From St. Mary's Airport When you arrive on the islands there are various taxi services to assist you. From St. Mary's Quay If you prefer to get some assistance from the Scillonian III it is advisable to book a taxi in advance.
