You have access to the fantastic views overlooking the famous Lundin Links Golf Course, the Fife Coastal Path and the Firth of Forth.

Coastal walks, cycling, fine dining, golfing, water-sports and boat trips, museums and historical buildings. Award winning beaches and the picturesque fishing villages of Lower Largo and the East Neuk all help to make this a great area for a holiday or short break and Sunnybraes Lodge provides the ideal holiday base.

Lundin Links is the perfect setting for exploring the treasures of the Kingdom of Fife, from Elie and Crail to St Andrews and Falkland on a short break holiday.

I leave the keys to the lodge in a key safe for ease of entry, which allows you to arrive without the worry that you might holding me up.
I do tend to leave my holidaymakers to their own private holiday space, but I'm always happy to help out with any questions about the local area if info is required. You only need to ask!

We stayed during the Edinburgh Festivals. The lodge was in the ideal location for us as we could drive to Kirkcaldy railway station to get trains into Edinburgh and get to the beautiful East Neuk coast with ease. We found the lodge to be spacious and very well equipped. The only thing missing was a washing machine which would have...

Thank you for taking time out to write Sunnybraes Lodge a review. When I set the lodge up I had room for a wash machine or a dishwasher I opted for the dishwasher as a personal preference. My guests seem happy enough chapping on the door to use my wash machine! Thanks again!

Sunnybraes is in a great location overlooking the Firth of Forth. It is a very comfortable and well equipped property - a delight to stay in. This was cottage was absolutely beautiful, clean, modern and comfortable in a beautiful setting. Couldn't fault anything. If anyone is looking for a restful few days, this is the place to go.

I would prefer Golf Clubs and Bicycles not being kept within the lodge, if you speak to me I can give you someplace secure and dry to store them!

North East Fife really is a gem of an area that simply must be discovered. its known for it's diverse range of walking experiences from the 87 miles of the Coastal Path to the all encompassing magnificent scenery from the Lomond Hills Regional Park.

if you prefer to cycle there is the 105 mile Kingdom Cycle Route between the Forth & Tay road bridges or the 300 miles of signposted Cycle Ways for you to enjoy.

For golf lovers everywhere we are next door to Lundin Links Golf Club plus a vast choice of 9 & 18 hole courses in the area.

Getting around
The most convenient way of getting around is of course a car, but if on days you decide to visit Edinburgh I would suggest you leave the car at Markinch Train Station (15mins away by car) the train takes you into the heart of the city.
Also, days heading along the East Coast and up to St Andrews there are buses approx every hour (nearest bus stop a short 10min walk)
