Carefully renovated with all modern comforts, great views of the bay, 3 bed, 2 bath with fenced garden, BBQ & two separate entrances for a large family it gives you space, & options to be together. Near the city, but 10 paces to the beach. It is on the road, but next to the beach so expect some road traffic. You can park your car and walk into town, to the markets, the beach and just drive to go exploring the other beaches around the promontory and Maremma. So glad you enjoyed our unique space. Our kids are 7 and 9 years old and love the freedom to come and go and play on the safe bay. So much to do, in any direction. It' s a Monte Argentario gem.
