The owners, direct descendants of major local families (counts Antonelli and counts Pace), formerly landlords of the nearby countryside, offer the possibility of short and long term stays throughout the year.
To be our guests means enjoying a special and very private taste of Italy, both in Rome ('My home in Rome'), Umbria ('Villa Negri-Arnoldi alla Bianca') and Terracina ('I Torrioni', 'Torrione San Giovanni I', 'Torrione San Giovanni II' and 'Torrione San Lorenzo'). Since September 2014 we also provide to our guests special tours in Rome on board of 1970's original Fiat 500 and 1963's Piaggio Vespa Special ('500 views of Rome').

Due finestre che valgono una vacanza
I punti di forza dell'appartamento sono la sua collocazione nel centro storico alto di Terracina, che ci ha permesso di godere della vivacità e bellezza della parte più autentica della cittadina, e le due spettacolari finestre panoramiche che da sole possono valere un soggiorno. L'appartamento, per la sua collocazione all'interno di una antica torre, gode di un suo fascino ma bisogna segnalare che è molto scomodo per la quantità di scale strette e alte necessarie a raggiungerlo e presenti anche dentro la stessa abitazione; consigliato per chi viaggia con bagaglio leggero, difficile trascinare su e giù valigione pesante e simili. Ben ristrutturato. Pulizia nella media, abbiamo trovato un po' di polvere sulle tazze evidentemente non usate da tempo e su qualche mobiletto; cura dei dettagli di stoviglie e biancheria scarsa.
