Sitting prominently in the heart of the Duddon Valley, this period cottage has been located on a working farm since 1765, and enjoys beautiful views across to Caw and Stickle Pike. High Hurst is criss-crossed with footpaths and bridleways offering a gateway to the local fells, including Dow Crag and the Coniston mountains. Attached to the owners’ home, High Hurst is part of an original 18th-century farmhouse which has smaller outbuildings, including an original Victorian outhouse.
