This one bedroom cottage has a wonderful verandah with extensive countryside views - a great spot for relaxing with a beer or a coffee. Sitting just outside Axminster, accommodation is over two floors with an open-plan living space the French doors opening onto the verandah. There’s plenty of room to park at the property too. Size: sleeps 2 in 1 bedroom Beds: 1 x double bed Accommodation Ground floor Entrance through small lobby into open-plan dining/living room/kitchen. Kitchen: electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Sitting area: two 2-seater sofas, dining table and chairs and TV. Patio doors onto verandah. First floor Bedroom: double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, chest of drawers and TV. Ensuite: bath with shower over, WC, wash hand basin. Entertainment: TV. For families: stairgate available. Outside: verandah, table and chairs and steps down into large shared garden. Parking: parking at the property. General: WiFi. Bed linen and towels provided. Central heating. Pets: dogs welcome. Note - you will need to pay an additional pet fee and you must not leave dogs unattended in the property.
