Athina 4 Bedroom Villa is divided in 2 separate entrance houses: Athina 3 Bedroom Villa (185 m²) and Athina 1 Bedroom Villa (67 m²). The villa consists of 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and 2 fully equipped kitchens with stove, fridge and country-style dining areas. There are 2 living rooms with fireplaces, satellite flat-screen TVs and CD/DVD players. Wonderful stay in Ios!!!

Outstanding IOS property

The accommodations and location of this property in IOS are Exceptional. The views from the property are breathtaking. Our family had a great time in IOS but Villa Athina was the highlight of our trip!

The Ios Athina Villa is located at Kolitsani between Chora and Mylopotas. Built on a farm in 2008 located on the beach, with great view of Santorini. At 50 meters from the villa there are two beaches, which are visited only by the occupants of nearby houses. For this reason the area is considered the best on the island and was selected by the known painter Gaitis so to build his cottage.
How to get there
From the port, you take the central road to Chora. In the end of Chora, on the right side, you will see a sign with the name 'Kolitsani' on. You turn right, and go on for about 500 meters. You will find a cross road with two signs ( private area on your left and Kolitsani beach on your right. You will turn left , go down an reach our villa.
