The fully equipped kitchen has a refrigerator, large cooktop with 6 gas burners, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, coffee maker, blender, toaster and wine cupboard. There is a laundry area with washing machine, dryer and ironing station, and a cellar with a fridge and ice maker. A toilet is on this floor as well. There are two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king-size bed (180 cm; can be converted into 2 single beds upon prior request), and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, basin, toilet and hairdryer. This room has electric heating. The second bedroom, which is air-conditioned and has a door to the garden, contains a king-size bed (180 cm; can be converted into 2 single beds upon prior request), and an ensuite bathroom with tub, basin, toilet and hairdryer. There is also an underground passive (not climate-controlled) wine cellar. <b>First Floor:</b> This floor has four bedrooms, all of which are air conditioned. The first bedroom has a queen-size bed (160 cm) and an ensuite bathroom with an Italian shower, basin, toilet and hairdryer. The second bedroom has a king-size bed (180 cm; can be converted into 2 single beds upon prior request), and ensuite bathroom with an Italian shower, basin, toilet and hairdryer. The third bedroom has a king-size bed (180 cm; can be converted into 2 single beds upon prior request), and an ensuite bathroom with Italian shower, basin, toilet and hairdryer. The fourth bedroom is a master suite with a king-size bed (180 cm; can be converted into 2 single beds upon prior request), an office with a desk, library and safe, and an ensuite bathroom with shower, basin, toilet and hairdryer.
