It is located in somewhat isolated area of Makarac in Milna on Brac Island which is accessible only by gravel and dirt road. The villa is surrounded by the Mediterranean nature and it is a short 140 meters away by walk from the nearest beach. This charming villa is the ultimate choice for a dream holiday with your children and family with everything you could need to enjoy and relax to the fullest. The open plan ground floor is equipped with a TV and 2 air conditioning units. The dominant wooden dining table can fit up to 8 diners whilst enjoying the beautiful art on the walls. The separate WC on this floor also has a washing machine. Villa Makarac with modern architectural design, amenities and comfortable bedrooms can accommodate up to 8 people. There are 4 air conditioned bedrooms. Each of which have their own modern bathroom fitted with shower and all other modern amenities. One single bedroom (the bed size 90 x 200 cm) is located on the ground floor. The elegant staircase leads to the first floor with 3 double bedrooms (beds size 180 x 200 cm, but in one of the bedrooms the bed can be separated to be used as twin beds, each sized 90 x 200 cm). Two of the bedrooms share a lovely terrace with partial sea view. Additional one guest can sleep on folding bed, sized 75 x 180 cm. In addition, the basement area is also available for guests. The basement is equipped with two air conditioning units, table tennis, and children’s toys. Villa Makarac has parking spaces available for 4 cars. Local restaurants, supermarkets, cafes are 2.6 km away from the villa by gravel and dirt road.

Lovely house, stunning village scenery

An amazing villa with everything you could need - very well equipped. All minor issues were dealt with promptly by AnnaMarie who was always available to us. It is a 2.3km walk along rough tracks to the stunning village of Milna which has an array of restaurants to choose from. We took a taxi once - £80 for a return trip so never again! Prices are slightly better than the UK but it is really popular with yachts so the price probably reflects that. Stunning scenery. We hired a boat for a day, drove over mountains to Bol and took the catamaran to Hvar Town but spent most of our 10 days at the villa and in Milna. We used the pool a lot but the sea is also accessible at the bottom of the rough path opposite the villa. Croatia is stunning - mountains, clean and friendly. We would definitely go back.
