Le rez-de-chaussée à un accès direct au SPA chauffée pouvant accueillir 8 personnes (bain à remous).
Le 1er étage se compose d'une grande pièce à vivre avec un grand balcon offrant une vue exceptionnelle sur la ville des Gets et le Mont Chéry.La cuisine américaine design est impressionnante par son plan de travail en granite. Une machine à café, deux fours, plaque à induction,micro-ondes,un lave vaisselle etc..Un superbe feu de cheminée sépare la salle à manger de l'espace salon. Le 1er étage comprend aussi une chambre enfants avec lits superposées, des placards intégrés ainsi qu'une salle de bain privée. Un local à skis avec un compartiment chauffé pour les chaussures de skis. Il y a un grand balcon exposé plein sud avec une vue à couper le souffle sur les montagnes environnantes !
Le dernier étage se compose de deux autres chambres doubles avec salles de bain.La plus petite chambre possède une TV et une douche et l'accès à un balcon commun.La deuxième chambre de cet étage est la suite principale avec bureau,placards intégrés, TV netflix mais aussi une grande salle de bain avec baignoire jacuzzi et douche, dressing et balcon commun.
Le Chalet Vinson se situe sur la Route des Chavannes dans les Gets et est incontestablement l'un des plus beaux Chalets qui existent aux Portes du Soleil.
Il est seulement à 800 m du village des Gets et des remontées mécaniques et l'arrêt ski bus est situé juste devant le Chalet.

Après avoir séjourné dernièrement dans le Chalet Vinson et malgré le temps pluvieux le confort très luxueux du chalet et la décoration très soigné nous a permis d’oublier la météo et d’apprécier pleinement notre court séjour au Gets.
Idéalement placé à quelques minutes à pied du village et à proximité de toutes les commodités c’est l’emplacement parfait à toutes saisons !
La vue à 180 degré sur le village et les pistes des spacieux balcons est vraiment époustouflante et le Spa est aussi un +. La salle de jeux avec console de jeux pour les plus jeunes et le billard pour les adultes ont satisfaits l’ensemble de la famille lors des soirées.Cela doit être vraiment très appréciables en période d’hiver et de ski !! Bravo

Amazing Chalet Experience
We had an amazing experience over the Christmas/New Year period at Chalet Vinson. The views were amazing and the location is perfect for a really nice week. We really appreciated the quality of the Chalet, it is clearly a well loved and taken care of home. Highlights were drinks in the outdoor hot tub overlooking the town and mountains, evenings by the fire, and breakfasts overlooking the mountains. Skiing was shut the week we were there due to COVID which we were initially upset about, but there was so much to do both in and out of the Chalet that we really didn’t miss it. The owner (Ian) was a pleasure to deal with as well. Overall I would highly recommend Chalet Vinson for a fantastic winter/ski break.

Great!!
If I am smart I would write we had a horrible time just to scare off anybody else haha.
But no what a great time we have!! We are staying here now while typing this review because we have some rain today.
The chalet is fantastic. Great conform, lots of space and possibility for privacy of everybody in our group of 12. Rooms are spacious, clean and they al have an own bathroom.
Everyday they di a quick clean of the garbadge, fireplace, floor and bathrooms.
On wednesday we got clean towels
We gave the biggest room on the topfloor to the 4 boys and the other topfloor room to the 2 girls
So all the kids had their own area.
The 3 couples took the 3 rooms in the basement
The view is fantastic,especially from the balcony and the jacuzzi
Our kids ( afe 14-18) have so much fun in the game room playing snooker or playstation ( we brought)
And the adults with the tv (netflix) the fireplace, the views and cooking diner in the good kitchen
Skibus is right in front of the door and goes every half hour until 18.00
You can also walk, but we found tragfic a bit dangerous but if you return later at night, a taxibus only costs €14,00 so better safe than sorry.
If you go down Make sure you get downhill at the mountain or at the 2nd stop in the village otherwise you have to make the full round( like we did😁)
There is a skiroom in the house, but you can also rent a heated skilocker at the central lift station
Skiing is great. Lots of slopes, difficulties or trips and also hiking trips for non skiërs
Absolute a great places for a group family holiday. We will defenitely try to get back again

Fantastic Chalet
We absolutely loved staying here, the chalet was really comfortable and beautifully decorated to a very high standard. We were staying with family and friends and the chalet worked perfectly with the older children having space to themselves. The hot tub was a perfect place to relax in the evenings with a fantastic view.

Brilliant chalet, definitely recommend it
We loved this chalet. More spacious than most, with decent sized bedrooms and modern bathrooms. Amazing views and (literally) right next to the ski bus stop. Walking distance to the slopes for the more energetic. I like to cook, so the modern kitchen is a real benefit - double oven, double dishwasher etc. My husband appreciates the large TV with Netflix and the teenagers love the pool table. And everyone loves the hot-tub overlooking the mountains.
It's in a wonderfully quiet location but also walkable to town for a few pre-dinner drinks.
