Spacious house with all amenities in a lovely small village, near to beach and near to a lovely pub with good food. Only 20 mins from St Andrews and 10 mins from Crail another lovely seaside village,we enjoyed our stay and would thoroughly recommend!

Whilst this area boasts some of the best golf courses in the country there is also numerous other attractions to consider such as coastal walking- The Fife Coastal path is 5 minutes away and the Kingsbarns beach is award winning for water purity and cleanliness.
A meal and /or a drink at the local inn is a must.
Scotland's secret bunker is 5 minutes up Station road.
The world famous Crail fish and chip shop is a must!!

For non-drivers, the Village of Kingsbarns is conveniently located on the 95 Bus Route on the A917, with regular services in both directions, to St Andrew and Leuchars. The Fife Coastal Path gives ease of access on foot or by cycle to the Fife Coast. St Andrews & Crail are nearby and Edinburgh is 45-60 drive away.

From North via Dundee,follow signs for St Andrews, join the A91 at Guardbridge. From St Andrews, follow signs for Crail (A917). Kingsbarns is 5 Miles beyond St Andrews.

From the North via Inverness/Perth:Take M90 South from Perth,leave at Junction 8 onto the A91,signposted Cupar & St Andrews.Stay on A91 to St Andrews & follow signs for Crail A917, Kingsbarns is 5 Miles beyond St Andrews.

From the South: head north on the M90, leaving at Junction 3 onto the A92, signposted for Kirkcaldy/St Andrews. Follow signs for St Andrews,onto the A915. Just beyond the village of Lathones, turn right onto B940, 1 mile after passing Lochty turn left B9131 then in 500m turn right onto Station Road to Kingsbarns.
