Modern three bedroom detached holiday lodge with its own gated garden and south facing patio, sited on the peaceful and tranquil St Merryn Holiday Park in North Cornwall. The holiday lodge sleeps seven and is fully furnished and well equipped. A home from home rather than just another holiday let. It is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac on a good size plot. Lodge recently had new carpets with underlay, a large Panasonic TV and lounge furniture. We provide a high standard of self-catering holiday accommodation in a coastal location, with surfing, golf, horse riding, fishing, and coastal walks all nearby. Spectacular beaches and Padstow harbour are also nearby. Saturday is changeover day, arrival at 3pm. Departures by 10am. We will do everything we can to get you in and settled before this time and normally the lodge is available from 1pm onwards. We request that the property is left reasonably clean and tidy. Accommodation Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with double bed; Bedroom 2 with bunk bed and single bed; Bedroom 3 with 2 single beds. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. Bathrooms: Family bathroom complete with toilet, wash hand basin, bath and shower; Separate toilet and wash hand basin room. Kitchen: Huge modern kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, kitchen utensils, kettle, 4 slice toaster, sandwich toaster, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. Living Room: Comfortable lounge with electric flame effect fire, sofa, 2 chairs, coffee table, and for entertainment a TV, DVD player, video player, cassette player, Playstation console with games, and a selection of reading books, children's toys, family videos and DVDs. We provide pillows, duvets and mattress protection covers. Please bring your own bedding with you, such as mattress sheets, pillow/duvet covers and towels. Outside there is a fully fenced with two gates, grass garden with patio and for outdoor dining we provide cushioned garden chairs, table with umbrella and a BBQ. The umbrella is ideal for protection from the sun as the patio area is a sun trap. Fishing nets, buckets, 2 children's surf boards, a beach windbreak, swing ball and loads more are stored in the garden shed for guests to use. There is also an outdoor clothes airier. The property is thoroughly cleaned during changeover, prior to your arrival. Notes on Accommodation The weekly rental includes electricity and heating; no coin meter! Pets are not permitted. Strictly no smoking inside property. Latest tourist information 'where to visit' leaflets provided. New baby high chair available for hire. Booking Notes Email for availability. 30% deposit is required to secure your holiday. We recommend travel insurance is purchased, the post office is reasonable.
