Insgesamt Wohnung mit angenehmer Helle und Ausstattung allerdings in rustikaler, älterer Einrichtung die in die Jahre gekommen ist. Das war für uns (Familie mit 2 Kinder unter 12 Jahren) in Ordnung. In den kalten Jahreszeiten empfiehlt es sich warme Kleidung in der Wohnung zu tragen und/oder eine eigen Wolldecke o.ä. Zu verwenden, da die Heizung in ihrer Leistung ggf. An ihre Grenzen gerät. Insgesamt war die Ferienwohnung sauber und entgegen erster Annahmen zeigten sich die Matratzen als gut und noch brauchbar. Etwas mehr trockene Luft durch die vielen Teppiche lässt sich ordentlich durch Lüften kompensieren. Durch die Nähe zum Kirchturm gewinnt die Wohnung durch klangvollen Geläutert an Charme.
Die Wohnung ist sicherlich als Unterkunft zukünftiger Urlaube eine zufriedenstellende Alternative. Das Auto konnte von uns direkt vor dem Haus geparkt werden und zwei Häuser weiter ist eine sehr C gute Eisdiele.
Fazit: Alles in allem OK. Wenn der Preis um 10-15% nachgeben würde wär dies eine adäquate Preisleistung.

Fantastic location with amazing views!
Spent a week here in July 2018. Just loved it! We had the top apartment with great views over the mountains and a lovely balcony. Loads of space, really comfortable and well equipped. Siegfried, the owner, couldn't do enough for us - loads of advice on where to eat, what to do and see, even equipped us with bikes for the week. Lenggries is such a beautiful town with so much to do if you like the outdoors - gorgeous alpine walks, swimming in mountain lakes and rivers, excellent indoor and outdoor swimming pools nearby, wonderful traditional restaurants and beer gardens with some of the nicest people in the world. Will be back!

Wonderful Chalet stay in the mountains
This location was a wonderful stay for my family. Comfortable sleeping for 4, with separate living room and kitchen, plenty of space, with a balcony view of the mountains. Ice cream and two bakeries within a 3 minute walk. Parking was easy with the train station to Munich only a 5 minute walk, 10 if you stop for pastries on the way.
