The best villa we have ever stayed in. It is brand new, we were the 3rd guests. Exceptionally well equipped and furnished to a very high standard. The beds were extremely comfortable with Hotel bed linen etc. What you see is what you get except the sea is actually much closer than it looks on photos. Beautiful views of the sea and neighbouring valleys. Quite isolated with only 3 or 4 villas close by
You definitely need a car but Glossa is only 2.5 km away (5 minutes) and the port of Loutraki another 5 minutes (6km,)
Plenty of shops and restaurants within a 5 to 10 minute drive. Very private. The property is served by tarmac road the property is surrounded by olive groves owned by the owner., the gravel drive beneath the pool is part of the olive grove and leads no where, nobody else uses it. WE LOVED IT. We will return next year. Thank you christos and your lovely wife for the delicious cake

About the neighbourhood
Avgi Villa is located in a very quiet area and is very nice for walking at any time of the day. The first beach called Chondrogiorgi Beach is a 7 minutes drive from the villa,(which is about 2,6 km).
Of course, there are many other beaches around that you can visit by car.

Getting From Skiathos Airport JSI: You need a taxi to get to the port of Skiathos (5min) and then by ferry to Glossa port (15-30min) or with a Watertaxi
Getting from Athens:
You can check for flights to Skiathos Airport JSI
Or Athens by taxi/car to Mantoudi port (approximately 2 hours) and then by ferry from Mantoudi port to Glossa port Loutraki (approximately 1 hour)
