Set on a hill above Glastres Beach, the five bedroom villa is also within a short drive from several other crystal clear sandy beaches, Kavala City and the airport. Its charming architecture and layout around a veranda and an infinity pool make it easy to take advantage of the cool summer breezes and beautiful views.

A Perfect place for holidays
Through an overbooking elsewhere we ended up at Villa Evian, a perfect luxury vacation home for our family of 3 generations....
From the beginning we felt at home as the modern furnished villa is fully equipped with lovely beds and everything was nice and clean. From the villa we had a beautiful view of the bay and clear blue sea.
Also from the beautiful pool where we could chill. There was also a bbq available, which we made good use of.
Evgenis, our host, was very sympathetic and knowledgeable. He arranged everything to make us feel comfortable.
We enjoyed our stay very much and can recommend this villa to anyone!!!

Spectacular villa
Visited this villa to celebrate a friends wedding. The villa everything and more, the view was spectacular and the rooms were beautiful. The villa was equipped with everything we could have wanted. The host Evian went above and beyond for us, from the time we walked in we were welcomed with an ice bucket with the best beers from Greece, and showed around the villa. He also gave us amazing restaurants to visit and the best places to go, he truly was an amazing host! Could not recommend this villa enough. Truly spectacular!

Amazing villa with more amazing host
The villa Is amazing,the views from there is stunning. The bedrooms is spacious and the beds is very comfy. Is fully equipped with everything that you need for you stay. We have on the bottom level perfect located pool with all the views around it, as well we have the refrigerator that keep cold all the cocktails you can drink it. Right infront of the entrance is the big table that we used all the time to eat and drink and enjoy the amazing views. With one word the villa is perfect and is without any remarks or cons. The host is more amazing from the villa itself. I didn't meet so helpful and kind guy in my life. He help us with everything from the restaurants and beach bars in the area, through all the local meat and fish shops to the organisation of the amazing boat trip that we had. He meet us on the first day with ice bucket full with Mythos beers and chips on the table, that was great welcome gift. If someone want to have amazing time in Greece to don't wonder, but to book immediately will not regret it. I recommend the villa with both of my hands and I can speak as well from the rest of our group so we recomend the villa with 24 hands. And for sure will visit again next year .🙌

Great experience and wonderful accommodation
The villa is great,it has everything,which is needed for an accommodation. It was very clean. The view is amazing. The host - Evgenis, is really nice person, who helped us a lot with recommendations where to go,answered us every question. We recommend the villa!

Definitely recommend
Had a fabulous stay with our family of eight this September. The villa is beautiful and its proximity to wonderful beaches and restaurants makes it even better. Evgenis was a great host, very attentive and always recommending restaurants and bars around Palio for us to try. He also booked us a walking tour around Kavala and a beautiful boat trip on our last day. Overall the combination of stunning beaches, delicious food and a wonderful host, means we would definitely stay here again!

Amazing
We recieved much more than we ever expected. The villa was extremely clean, with a wonderful view of the greek beaches. The host Evgenis was super responsive and recommended us something new and interesting to do in the area every day. We left more than happy and we recommend it to friends and family!

Perfect, a dream
Perfect vacation with perfect host Evgenis!
We had a great time at Villa Evian with swimming in the pool, wonderful view from the terrace to the sea. The short walk to the sea was great for swimming in the sea. The proximity to Kavala and the beautiful unspoiled surroundings were a dream.
The villa is top and well equipped.

One word - Phenomenal!!!!
We booked this villa for my mums 60th birthday - As you can see from the pictures - the villa is stunning but the pictures do not do it justice!! It is absolutely beautiful! By far, the best place we’ve ever stayed!! The villa is very spacious, clean, modern and in the perfect location. The infinity pool is phenomenal!! Every day we were in the pool looking at the beautiful views ahead of us! The villa is just a 5 minute walk to the bus stop which takes you into the city of Kavala - the city has hundreds of restaurants, bars, shops and the bus is only 12 mins! Evgenis (host) can not do enough for you - he helped us arrange transport to and from the airport, restaurants recommendations, best places to see and visit around the area, arranged a private yacht for my family which took us to the most beautiful swimming and snorkelling spots. I can’t thank Evgenis enough for making our holiday the best holiday it can be. We travelled with two young children - the villa was well equipped for the children with a play area, cot, hair chairs etc. The beach was a 5 minute walk away which we loved! It is a little private beach, perfect for the family. The views from the villa are breathtaking - I will never get over how beautiful the views are! We were all devastated to be leaving the villa, but we WILL be back. Thank you Evgenis, this was by far the best holiday me and my family have ever been on! :)

I thought it was too good to be true!! It was truly more than we could have ever expected, amazing property & host
I thought this property was ‘too good to be true’ I took a chance and booked it based on the reviews. I am now adding to the reviews, what an incredible property and host. I have travelled to many places and I have never ever had a host treat us so amazingly, Evgenis could not do enough for us, he made this holiday so special, helping to organise a boat trip and food for my dads 70th, showing us Kavala which is a must, what a beautiful place, he also organised for my son to see a Dr as he had a virus, he helped so much that I will be always grateful to him, he is a genuinely lovely person.
The villa itself has exceptional views, the facilities are fantastic, the pool is perfect. The beautiful beach is a short but hilly walk so would recommend hiring a car if you can, we managed fine and a taxi is easy to get. Evgenis was in constant contact for any needs or queries.
I can’t rate this villa highly enough, truly amazing, thank you to Evgenis and his family for their fantastic hospitality.

Best Villa and most amazing host!
The Villa is absolutely incredible, truly luxurious with gorgeous views, all the amenities you could wish for, air con etc and the pool area is beautiful. The location also has everything you could need - great restaurants, beach, and close to Kavala and beach clubs that are just a taxi away. But as wonderful as all of this is, the real gem of this place is the host Evgenis. He might just be the kindest man ever! We arranged this holiday as a 60th birthday treat for my mum and my aunts birthdays (they’re all close together) and just a few weeks ago we lost our nan (their mum) who they provided care for, so we were all very much in need of a nice break. It’s like Evgenis was the angel sent to make our time as relaxing and special as possible (and he didn’t know this about us, it’s clearly just who he is as a person). He’s arranged taxis, a brilliant boat trip, restaurant reservations, has showed us the area, helped with shopping for supplies and literally gone out of his way at every turn. We could not be more grateful for everything he’s done and has honestly made this trip for us, along with all his friends (his kindness clearly extends far and wide!) Thank you Evgenis, you have no idea how much we all needed this, you really are heaven sent. Don’t hestitate to book - I travel a lot, I work for a travel company and I have never been so well looked after anywhere. Eternally grateful! 🥰
